英文病理檢查報告翻譯

上個月做了子宮鏡檢查及子宮刮除術手術

因為有子宮內膜增生及息肉的問題

請各位英文高手幫我翻譯好嗎

詢問醫生,但他說的很模糊,不久前的CT有照到子宮內有問題@@

第一份如下

病理診斷:

Uterus endometrium curettage ,endometrial polyp, focal

內容

The specimen submitted consists of more than tissue fragments

measuring up to 0.2*0.2*0.2cm in size,totally weighing 2.4 gm in weight, fixed

in formalin

Grossly they are red to brown and soft

All for section

Microscopically it shows focal endometrial polyp and disordered proliferative

endometrium Advise clinical follw-up

Uterus endocervix curettage mucous material

內容:

The specimen submitted consists of three mucoid fragments measuring up to

0.3*0.3*0.3CM in size fixed in formalin

All for section

Microscopically it shows scant exfoliated endocervical mucous glands floating

in mucous background Nondiagnostic/Unsatisfactory specimen;advise clinical

follow-up
