趕時間的時候,薑汁燒肉是我提供餐桌上〝肉類品項〞的快速美味料理之一,雖然好準備,但也好容易失控吃太多白飯,常常一上桌我吃的都比小孩多……

食材:炒肉片(250g)、洋葱半個
調味料:薑泥1大匙、醬油2大匙(1匙約10cc)、米酒2大匙、味醂1大匙、蕃茄醬1大匙、糖1小匙
*調味料全部裝到小碗裡調勻,方便待會直接倒入炒鍋

STEP1:洋葱切絲,中小火熱油鍋後下去炒,洋葱絲不用炒太久,大概翻炒一下,保留一點脆度後撈起,待會肉片炒好後放入再炒一次
*這樣可以避免從頭炒到尾洋葱會變的太軟爛

STEP2:洋葱撈起後放入肉片續炒,翻炒到肉片有點反白的時候放下調味料

STEP3:肉片都反白了放入剛剛撈起的洋葱絲,續炒到有收汁、洋葱絲也軟了就可以起鍋了

STEP4:OK完成,起鍋盛盤

結果我擺便當菜色和切水果花的時間比炒薑汁燒肉的時間還久….便當弄好趁熱我趕緊騎摩托車去給她送便當,雖然下班回家要趕弄晚餐外加送便當整個時間很緊迫,可是在準備的時候心滿意足,能用這樣的方式支持著她覺得很開心~
