However,as per our previous discussion, goods from China do not need to be inspected, your stipulation in the L/C: that “46A CONFORMITY ADVICE OF PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION IN DUPLICATE, ISSUED BY BUREAU VERITAS, AS PER DECREE 477/97” will cause a discrepancy. Please kindly amend it to read that the shipment from Hong Kong doesn’t need to be inspected.
